Staying Healthy at Explorium

At Explorium, we prioritize the safety of our guests and staff.
Here are some more ways that we are doing our part.

  • We use a hospital-grade (but kiddo-friendly) disinfectant to sanitize the museum. We clean the entire museum regularly using a fog machine filled with this disinfectant, ensuring that we cover all areas.
  • We encourage guests to bring their own water. We also have bottled water available for purchase at the front of the museum.
  • Hand-washing stations in the Make and Think area or the use of hand sanitizers around our museum are available.
  • Our Sunday and After-Hours Party Slots are private. If you want to maximize social distancing or just want the museum to yourselves, this is the way to go!
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any community space where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
