Refund Policy:
Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@exploriumdenton.org.
A $5 non-refundable deposit applies to all refunds.
Refunds (minus the $5 deposit) are available if requested more than two weeks before the event.
Cancellations within two weeks of the event or due to personal reasons are non-refundable.

We need 2 people at each local coffee shop over two shifts (8-10 A.M. & 9:45-11:45 A.M.)  to visit with participants and punch passports. Sign yourself and a friend up and work together! A good time is sure to be had supporting local! All Volunteers will receive a free “Passport”. If you are an establish volunteer and have already done orientation, please sign up through the volunteer portal. If you are not an established volunteer, please visit the volunteer page to sign up.

This year’s Coffee Crawl promises a lineup of several amazing local coffee shops offering unique drinks, pastries, and more. It’s the perfect morning for coffee enthusiasts and families alike!

Family-Friendly Fun
We encourage kiddos to join in on the fun with non-caffeinated drink options and pastries at each stop. Select locations will also have quick, kid-friendly activities, and you might even find latte-flavored ice cream to sample—ice cream for breakfast? Yes, please!

So, grab a friend (or the whole family) and get ready for a morning of coffee greatness!

What’s a Coffee Crawl?
A Coffee Crawl is a guided tour of local coffee shops within a designated area. You’ll enjoy sampling special drinks, engaging in fun activities, and soaking in the charm of our downtown scene—all with a purpose.

Why You’re Crawling
This event is a fundraiser for Explorium Denton Children’s Museum, a program of Denton County Friends of the Family. With the support of participating coffee shops, your attendance helps sustain impactful programs for children and families in our community.

What to Expect

  • Each coffee shop on your passport will offer a special drink or treat exclusively for this event.
  • Additional items can be purchased at each stop if you’d like!
  • Volunteers will stamp your passport at each location to mark your progress.
  • Enjoy STEAM activities at select shops while sipping on your warm cup of goodness.
  • Don’t forget: visits must take place between 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM.

Tips for a Great Crawl

  • Dress for the weather, and leave your pets at home.
  • Park once and enjoy walking to all the downtown shops—carpooling is encouraged!
  • Support local businesses by shopping while you sip.
