Dear Families,

It is with heavy hearts that we share that Explorium Denton Children’s Museum will be pausing operations. While our current location will close, we are not saying goodbye forever. Over the past several months, we have worked diligently to find a new home for Explorium. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, the locations we explored did not meet the needs of our museum due to space, cost, and other operational factors.

Our final day of operation at our current location will be August 9th, 2026.

Summer Camps will continue as scheduled.

We remain committed to our mission and are continuing to search for a location that will allow Explorium to thrive. We are hopeful that we will have the opportunity to serve our community again in the future, and we look forward to finding new ways to stay connected with the families who have supported us throughout the years.

Thank you for being part of the Explorium family. It has been our privilege to serve the children and families of our community, and we are honored to have shared in your journeys of curiosity, creativity, and discovery.

This is not the ending we had envisioned, but we remain hopeful that this is simply a pause. We sincerely hope to see you in our community again in the future.
