Along with items on the wishlist you will also get a 1-year family membership to play and learn at Explorium.  During pick up you can choose and stay to wrap your presents and let your kiddos 5+ stay and play in a separate area where they can’t see you wrap presents. Come have some holiday cheer with us\, we will have cookies and punch for each child’s caregiver and fun holiday themes activities for the children! Pick up date will be 12/8/23 5:30-8:00 P.M. a 1 hr time slot will be assigned to each participating family. \n  \nEligibility: Free or Reduce Food Program Eligibility\,  children must be between the age of 5 and 16 years old and not enrolled in any other holiday assistance program. Please fill out this application completely. SUMMARY:8th Annual Touch A Truck Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:Our Fundraiser goal is $15\,000! \nTouch-A-Truck is a community wide event which involves public and private entities offering a unique opportunity to people all over Denton County\, allowing children of all ages to explore vehicles of all types: public service\, emergency\, utility\, construction\, landscaping\, transportation and delivery trucks and just plain cool – all in one place! Children will be allowed to touch\, climb on and ask questions about their favorite trucks in a safe\, supervised environment. Vendors will provide additional children activities\, we will have an online silent auction  and we will have food trucks too! During our last Touch A Truck event we had over 2\,500 visitors! \nThe money raised from this event will be used to help Explorium Denton continue our mission. The pandemic hit us hard and we are still recovering. The funds from this event will allow us to continue our mission #explore #engage #educate. \n
